I've done that with pickles before. I can just take them off. It's not that big of a deal, but by that time the pickle juice has already contaminated the burger and I can still taste it. So depending on my mood I will send it back to be remade. Too much sauce of any kind is annoying, but as you still want the sauce just not as much, scraping the extra off isn't too bad. --- I am awesome and so are you.
