This is true. However if your niece hates tomatos she won't accept the tainted sandwich and it must be redone from scratch.

I've done that with pickles before. I can just take them off. It's not that big of a deal, but by that time the pickle juice has already contaminated the burger and I can still taste it. So depending on my mood I will send it back to be remade.

Too much sauce of any kind is annoying, but as you still want the sauce just not as much, scraping the extra off isn't too bad.

as a white guy, i think it is absolutely hilarious how often some (most) white people cant handle spices. my dad a few months ago said the McDonalds breakfast sausage was kinda spicy and it made me lol

There was an interesting culture and food documentary I watched that noted the reason why white people generally don't have heavily spiced dishes is due to the quality of food that was historically available to them. Which sadly does seem the case, The cultures with spicy food generally are the ones that were late on the refrigeration access, if they have it yet at all. So it makes sense that they would bury the... lets say, lack of freshness in taste, with a lot of spicy seasonings. Plus, white people who were poor couldn't afford spices back in the day, so that probably added to it as well.

its similar to lactose intolerance. people whose ancestors had access to refrigeration (or colder climates that made it easier to store milk) awhile back generally can tolerate lactose because their ancestors based their diets around dairy products (for the most part).

Curious if he was a legal gun owner. This is the type of person that any reasonable barriers to gun ownership would stop. If he's not patient or smart enough to just get a new sandwich in this situation he's not going to be smart enough to pass any remotely difficult gun safety tests.
