I'm kinda surprised that Ryu Hayabusa vs Jill Valentine isn't considered more controversial than it is, for a match with a double-digit vote-difference (and very briefly was the closest match of all time) that was outright restarted. I guess it's because the result we got was from a 24-hour match with nothing particularly suspicious happening, but for a match that could have gone either way on any given day, I'm surprised it doesn't generate a little more talk.

There's also Frog vs. Master Chief, which CJayC basically admitted came down to which side was stuffing harder at the bell.
