Get a car loan for like $10k over 48 months (about 200/month sans interest), and use that $3k down or so to get a 5-7 year old car.

ETA: Or, don't. I don't give a fuck how you want to spend your money as long as it helps you sleep at night, but your logic of leasing and total price are contrasting one another.

Im going back and forth between wanting no payment ($5k or less since I have like $5k set aside) or a small payment on something new with a warranty

Im also running on little sleep so Im not exactly thinking logically
