Avoiding all the political themed topics does wonders for your mental health though. I still say the site should require a mandatory "Politics" tag on every topic or post discussing them. With the option for users to auto-block every topic or post with the tag to filter out all the bullshit. It adds nothing of value to the site and is a huge part of a lot of the hostility. You should pass that idea on to Allen at the next corporate meeting. I'm sure he'll ignore it like he ignores all good suggestions, while getting hyped about something totally lame that winds up breaking the site because he's shit at coding.
