Mass shooting in Buffalo. 13 shot, 10 dead. Murderer was an 18 year old who drove 200 miles to a predominantly black neighborhood (selected because of this fact) wearing body armor and an assault weapon. Security guard failed to stop him because, you know, body armor and was killed. When police showed up he seemingly was going to shoot himself but was talked down and arrested.
