States trying to get rid of judicial review is kind of interesting. I think it shocks people to find out judicial review is a uniquely American thing and not a part of most democracies, and if you step back a bit you can understand how 3 random people telling legislators that they cant pass laws is a little weird.

When the constitution falls, which seems like a when not if at this point, there is a decent argument the next government shouldnt have it even if it has benefited democrats in many cases

Judicial Review is fairly common around the world, Plum. The US has a fairly unique system of it in terms of how vast our court systems are. I have no idea why the hell you think we shouldn't have it, its a fairly basic check on power
