She talked to her nurse after this, who by the way reported no injuries on her that night, and all the nurse was trying to do was give her a sedative. Not doing anything about her feet, the bruises, the swelling, the cut up body, or her bleeding from her crotch. Nah, she just needs sedatives. But this whole time she was worried about JOHNNY, and if he could die from the drugs and alcohol he consumed!

There's a recording of Australia that isn't allowed in where she outright admits to having shattered Johnny's finger because it has voices other than Johnny and Amber on it. But she claims that she left her phone out, she was passed out upstairs, and that Johnny recorded it and it eventually died from lack of battery (even though in this recording it ends with her getting close to it and talking before it cuts out).

She also said that Johnny wrapped up a bunch of meat in her nightgown that Johnny ripped off of her. Strangely she said she received it as a wedding gift from Dr. Kipper. Wtf is with this fucking weirdo doctor? Oh and the rest of the food was smeared everywhere too.

She said during the bottle violation originally that she didn't know what Johnny was saying, but when Elaine asked about what he said "Oh, yes. He was saying 'I'll fucking kill you.'" Alright. "Were you bleeding there?" "Yes I was." "Did you experience any pain later?" "........I didn't... I wasn't thinking about that. I was heartbroken. But I realized I could be hurt, because I was bleeding. [...] But the pain I felt paled in comparison to how scared and shocked I was." If you were on the fence about whether or not this happened, this exchange alone should prove she is lying about it, and shame on her for it. She doesn't remember pain from this, but she was just heartbroken over it. Oh, and Ben King had a picture of a desk with two bottles on it and she's like "I didn't realize it until I saw this picture, but he had used the Maker's Mark."

Anyway, the rest of the pictures are just... some damage? Some broken glass? Some spills? Not anything close to anything like the mayhem she described. But she kept telling us "This is actually A LOT more cleaned up than it was." So somebody cleaned up part of it, took a picture of it, then cleaned up the rest? This is what she wants us to believe. Elaine led the fuck out of this entire questioning and it was bad.

They go to a break and Johnny steps around to the front of his desk as Amber is getting off the stand and she recoils in TERROR. And Johnny just shrugged and turned around. Someone find a clip of that because it's hilarious.

She heads home and there's a picture of her at the airport the next day with no marks on her, while she's wearing a sleeveless top, tight pants, and tight shoes. Just deplorable. Oh and on the call back Johnny also mentioned putting a cigarette out on his own face, btw. They also talked about wanting to end their relationship, but she bought a book about relationship advice from the airport to help their relationship after this.

Bunch of irrelevant stuff before we get to the Staircase Incident. She said she discovered on his phone that he was cheating on her the literal day after their wedding. She freaked out and confronted him about it and "I didn't care if he killed me at this point, which was likely at this stage of our relationship! He already ripped my heart out!" She doesn't recall specifics, but she does remember she was staring at the carpet. He also threw a can of Redbull at her--but she claims she was just upset because it almost hit Debbie.

The rest of the story is sort of the same as the other tellings of it, but it deviates when she says he grabbed her by the hair and then beat her in the face with his cast and Whitney, her sister, jumped in between them to protect Amber! Johnny apparently swings at Whitney, but Amber heroically for the first time in her relationship hits Johnny to protect her baby sister! She said she thought of when Johnny shoved Kate Moss down the stairs during this time, and I talked about it before, but now they can talk about Amber abusing her ex and potentially have Kate Moss testify about their relationship. Ben Chew was really excited for that. But he laughed at her after that and lunged at her before security got in the way. Amber does have Whitney who will testify on Amber's behalf, so I guess we'll see how that goes.

In December 2015, they argued over something she doesn't remember and he threw stuff at him "to slow him down", but this is also in flashes so she doesn't remember anything. Fortunately much of it is on audio which she refuses to play! He grabbed her by the hair and bashed her in the head and knocked her down the stairs. He drug her back up the stairs by her hair, and then they argued again until he shoved her over a sofa and she hit her head against a brick wall. He asked if she wanted to fist fight with her. She stared him in the eyes and he reared back and headbutt her in the nose. She says this is one of the few times she remembered the pain in the relationship and that her nose was broken and she remembers thinking that he had his hands free, so why would headbutt her!? He keeps beating her down in the face and dragging her by the hair again. He throws her on the bed, leans on her back, and punches her in the head over and over and over, POUNDING IT. She felt no pain, but only heard him saying he was going to kill her and that he hated her. And she thought this was how she was going to die before she went unconscious.

She then woke up and Amber's friend Rocky was there (also not appearing at this trial). Her friend called the nurse, not 911, and Rocky does any medical help she could there. She shows photos next of the aftermath, all without metadata. She claims Johnny ripped hair out of her scalp, which is a violent, gross, and disgusting thing, if you've ever seen aftermath of that before. So she shows a picture of short bits of her hair cut out like she just took it from a brush or clipped it from her own hair.
