DAY 15 - Part 1

We're back to Amber Heard's wild lies again. I've mentioned it before, but this is an absolute disaster today, and anything that may have been believable before is just utterly unbelievable by anyone at all. You'll see here. I'm extra "not objective" this time from the jump because her stories are offensive to abuse survivors and sexual abuse survivors and she is a vile human being.

Amber said that Johnny was always shitting himself and vomitting on himself and passing out constantly and that all of the people closest to him (except for her deceased silent protector Jerry Judge) would just clean him up and act like nothing was wrong. Amber, who was stated to have a phobia of feces, claimed she constantly cleaned him up when he crapped his pants. She then shows pictures of the man just sleeping. Like sleeping in reclining chairs. Absolutely devastating. A complete monster. One might wonder why Amber would be taking so many pictures of Johnny sleeping, but very few pictures of all the times she was brutally beaten. Your guess is as good as mine. She also said he takes Quaaludes which have not been made since the 80's.

Camille Vasquez was an absolute champion today. She just absolutely ripped Amber and Elaine apart with objections. Just every time she was about to go "See, I told x person" or "x person told me" or "I wrote an email to myself", Camille just immediately objected. They went up to the bench CONSTANTLY, and the Judge was pissed off enough she started singing "Sustaaaaained" when Camille was objecting. They spent entirely too much time talking to the Judge, but it was good for Depp's team. Elaine literally defended her leading questions by saying "But I said 'what if any'" which doesn't automatically make a question not leading. Eventually after a bench chat she did not use that stupid excuse anymore.

The Judge, at one point, also told off both legal teams (but mostly Amber's) that they should be keeping track of the exhibits and that it's not supposed to be her job, because Exhibits have been a complete mess due to how much Amber's team has fucked around and drug their feet on submitting them to the point most of them were late and lacking in metadata, which is incredibly suspect since they now don't know if any images or emails or texts were modified and they don't know when they were created. (Spoilers: many images have been photoshopped and they are conflating images with different dates.) This is biting them in the ass because they kept wanting to present certain texts or images and Camille would just go "Can we approach?" and then Elaine lost every god damn time and had to retract whatever she was going to show.

Another story happened where Johnny was screaming at Amber with his kids in the room next door, conveniently when his kids are not allowed to testify to it. She keeps framing herself as some kind of benevolent protector of his kids too, which is extra gross since his kids hate her to the point where Johnny's daughter Lily-Rose hated her so much she wrote a letter about how much she hates her. And they aren't able to speak up and oppose this narrative either, and Amber knows it.

Amber said that Johnny was really controlling with her scripts and refused to let her do certain things where she had to be in a romantic role or show skin, even though she's been in plenty of movies during this time doing just that. "But it didn't happen all at once" so don't worry. She had to negotiate it all in her contracts though. Johnny said she didn't need to work or act, but golly gosh she said she NEEDS to work because she gives half of her paycheck to her poor family to support them! Also, Johnny wouldn't let her even be pictured with other men and said everyone was going to have sex with her if she dared to step outside.

Then Amber tried to throw Kate James, her former assistant that hated her, by trying to politely say she was always drunk on the job and neglecting her children and tried to tell a story about how she had to tell her that she once left her kid in the car and that got ethered into objection. She wanted to show some business record which Camille and Elaine went to the bench with their legal books and Camille won, obviously. That's the end of her trying to impeach Kate James!

Oh and guys, Johnny Depp apparently didn't want the pre-nup, Amber Heard was the one who wanted it! Because you see, Johnny Depp thought she was trying to find a way out of this relationship and didn't want to protect all of his money when Amber made a fraction of it. Certainly Amber doesn't care about Johnny's money; after all she claimed she gave it all to charity and gave exactly $0 of it to charity. Is there a person alive who would believe this lie? During this argument, she said that was the first time she had a broken nose, but that aside from that she was fine, but there was a bunch of swelling and bruising. She said she texted her friend Rocky about it but had no photos and OBJECTION HEARSAY.

Next is the plane ride story! Which is contradicted by everyone. Johnny was incredibly angry she was working with James Franco (It's all but confirmed she was cheating on him with James Franco fyi). She's giving a freaking novel answer to this and OBJECTION NONRESPONSIVE, sustained, get to the fucking point. He was asking about what James Franco was doing to her and saying "really disgusting things" about her body. And security and assistants and everyone else on the plane heard it, but everyone so far as denied it and she didn't call anyone else as a witness to support her. Then apparently he just starts throwing stuff at her and insulting her in front of everyone and he kept following her and SLAPS HER IN THE FACE. And it didn't hurt her to be slapped (like she never felt pain so far in any violent situation because she can't describe the sensation) but it just made her embarrassed. He keeps screaming at her and her favorite buzzword is "there was a blackness in his eyes" and this is the most movie ass thing you can say, and she keeps saying it throughout her testimony. "I just stared at him, wanting to penetrate the monster and see the man I loved. THE MAN I LOVED!" He then kicked her in the back and she was staring at the floor of the plane and everyone saw it but nobody did anything and everyone was there but they have nobody who will corroborate her story. Jerry Judge, the dead security guard, asks her if she was alright, which is objected to.

This is where the cracks in her story begin. Because you need to actively pretend like everyone else so far has been lying. Before it was Amber vs. Johnny, but now you need to believe that everyone else here who seemed reliable was lying, and only Amber is telling the truth. When she has not a single person on that plane to back her up. But you can still at least maybe think... okay, maybe everyone IS protecting Johnny and lying for him.

Anyway, now she said she knew she had to leave him--but enough about that he got an oxygen tank from the flight attendant who was not called in, and he continued to drink, and he howled like an animal and went into the bathroom and she recorded it because there was that 5% part of her who wanted to record him to remind him of what he had done. So her evidence to this? Playing recordings of him moaning in pain, which is from when he was detoxing and not from this plane ride. Everyone else has said he did not make any loud noises and moaning on this plane.
