Oh wait, I did a bit of sleuthing and they have something on their witness list stating they can call anyone who was identified by the Defendant (Amber).

Considering Johnny and Kate Moss are on good terms still, it's possible that now they have opened up for them to call Kate Moss as a witness to say "Yeah this never happened" which would be huge and blow this whole thing up.

But re-watching a snippet of that part it's also definitely clearly opening up that they can bring up that Amber hit her ex since she is clearly referencing hitting Johnny hitting his ex. Which... huge mistake on her part. Especially when she's made claims like "You can't just hit your partner! You're not allowed to do that!"
