So I attempted to draw a comparison with how I felt about my race with transgender people and how they felt about gender for this reason? I understand if its not as comparable as I think it is, but I was hoping there may be more insight? sevihaimerej posted... Not transgender but this could be a fascinating topic of discussion if folks actually participate...track topic I feel like people wont take the topic seriously. The first couple responses arent optimistic. I genuinely dont know how to even talk about this subject here. Even the times I start getting good conversations, people who arent even engaging in the discussion start marking things as offensive and just have things deleted. It doesnt help that my way of talking is a bit douchey, so I feel people view me as intentionally inflammatory. I wish someone else could ask maybe.
