The only proper Aquaman book I've read was the middling Johns run. If you want to answer feel free to do so in that DC inquiry topic I made instead. My stand outs are Blackest Day, Brightest Night stuff, as well as the Johns books. The thing is she never grew in prominence until those books, really. Johns is the one who breathed life into the character. I've just always really liked Mera's personality and the imperfections that come with it, and her powers are completely dope as well.
