Out of pure curiosity, I want to know the exact max # of pizzas I could make per hour. Now mind you I would have to get a bit.....inventive....to make this work.

I have at my disposal, 1 normal oven with 2 rocks, that can hold 1 pizza per rack (to get both crusts crispy you have to switch which one is on top halfway through.

1 very large bbq grill. In theory if I was REALLY motivated I could cook 3 pizzas in it, by constantly changing which pizza was over the direct flame. Mind you this would be seriously hard while actually making pizzas at the same time, but theoretically possible.

1 air fryer, extra large. I could make 1 square pizza in it, not quite the same size as the others, but still pretty large.

4 stove tops, and a bunch of pans. This would require me to use some grates that go on the bottom of them to keep the dough from getting cooked too much, but I could make it work.

1 broiler, which I would use to finish the tops of the pizzas that I cooked on the stove top.

Total # of pizzas I could in theory make per 10 minutes = 10, or basically 1 pizza per minute.

Now to actually make those pizzas fast enough, to have them ready for the next one (and while also having time to rotate the pizzas on the grill).

I need 3 pizza stones (2 for the over and 1 as a compressor for my dough). I use this to quickly squish my dough into pizza shapes. Have the sauce and ingrediants ready to be thrown on, and in theory I could also use 3 pizza stones in my grill to prevent me from needing to rotate the pizzas there.

This should let me press the pizzas toss the dough on a stone (or in a pan that is going on the stove top) and add the ingrediants well within 1 minute per pizza.

Should let me make 60 pizzas with what I have at home per hour if I really went all out. The quality would depend on the ingrediants more than anything else.
