Topic | I have not made pizzas for a living in almost a year...but, |
wolfy42 03/17/22 10:09:22 PM #18: | I could make 24 pizzas in my oven at home in 2 hours, but I can only make 2 pizzas at a time, you would need to be able to make 3 pizzas at once to pull off 30 (so a bigger oven I guess). With 12 per hour (2 at a time, 10 minutes cooking = 12 per hour), 24 isn't that hard and it's not hard to put together 2 pizzas to cook in 10 minutes (technically it would take a bit of time to actually make the first 2 pizzas so you would probably only get 22 pizzas not 24 in that time. Now if I really wanted to go all out, I could fire up my grill, which even using indirect heat (so 450 degrees), I could fit 2 full pizzas in there. Then I could make 4 per 10 minutes (admitingly it's starting to get hard to actually put together 4 pizzas in 10 minutes, but.....I think I could do it). Then I could make almost 50 pizzas in 2 hours!!. I mean, I could actually cook waaay more if I made individual pizzas for the kids instead of making full pizzas, but that is another story heh (because I have an air fryer etc that I could cook them in). I wouldn't be able to make em fast enough anyway. Anyway that rocks that you made pizza for the kids, I used to do that back in the day, then I got lazy and started to just buy the 5$ favs at papa murphies as it was was less work and about the same price. --- Tacobot 3000 "Saving the world from not having tacos."
