If you want to kinda approach the puzzle with fresh eyes and look at the 3 hints I just gave you can give it one last shot, you can. Otherwise I'm worried you might be stuck on a hard path that won't solve. I'll do a final sweetening of the hints: The answer to the question in hint 1, was: Because of the toroidal rule every single center cell sees every other center cell, thus they are all different digits.
