About two female police officers, one of them new and the other one is incredibly jaded. Also there are dramatic changes from "comedy" to "totally not funny at all". Will probably look it up, but haven't been keeping up with manga since my normal laptop had a tech problem and I just never got it repaired ...wait, are you suggesting the manga, the anime, or the live-action?
