Benediction/macrocosmos solve the issue with one button, and you get slightly longer invuln time than holmgang because the 10 second duration only begins when the tankbuster hits, not when LD is pressed. Timing LD is trivial and consistent, too.

The cooldown should absolutely be shorter though, yeah. And LD is absolute garbage outside of organized settings; in dungeon roulettes its only real use is to delay your wipe by 10 seconds after your healer runs out of buttons to press and mana to burn.
