Rafa in FFT (not Malak though) Mist in Path of Radiance Rebecca in FE7 (yeah, she used to be considered good 20 years ago, but since she requires 'babying" shes's "bad" Amelia and Ewan in Sacred stones Fiona in Radiant Dawn (her growths are actually good. I just forge her a weapon for the prison level and she gets enough levels there to help) Then again I am a big believer of you can use anyone in video games and it will turn out fine. Some of the characters people are saying in this topic I think are good. (Like Razzly in Chrono Cross, she has one of the highest magic scores in the game besides Riddel.
