I'm very new to this, but looking and the rules and being decent at numbers, I think I have a starting point. I want to be fair to everybody. So I won't answer things that are arbitrary guesses. But general rule questions I can answer publicly, but if you have specific questions that are based on some progress you have already made you can DM them, if they seem like they are general questions I might post the answer in this topic, if they are too "guessy" I might not answer them. With the rules/link posted you do have everything you need to solve the puzzle.
