Tenma Maemi is a JP VTuber that streams almost exclusively in English to improve her English skills, and she's funny as hell. She definitely uses the language barrier to get away with things in collabs, and has probably the best game rages I've ever seen. They're the ones, and Ashelia, I watch semi commonly from the group.
