If so, i agree it feels good to get the healing instead of just block honestly i feel like the ShB rotation was cleaner for PLD (three equal sections), but it's mostly the same (i think its technically optimal atm to actually drop an atonement right now before FoF comes up on purpose so you use FoF more often, but honestly its not a huge deal if you don't) The 30 sec Sword Oath isn't that big of deal though it's nice.
