| Lopen 12/05/21 10:20:36 PM #35: | I believe you that Defininitive Edition probably makes the game a lot better but ultimately with games in this genre on subsequent playthroughs the question for me becomes "Why would I play this over Devil May Cry 3 or 5" (or Ninja Gaiden Black/2 or DMC4 if I'm feeling like "something new") So I could play Definitive Edition but I doubt I ever will unless I play way more DMC3/5 than I ever expected myself to (since Id rather master those games on Dante Must Die mode first, and I haven't come close to that-- I've beaten DMC3 on it but it was VERY messy. Never even beaten DMC5 on it.) Like I'll play outright new games to experience the gameplay and story, but for replays I'd rather just keep replaying the best.
