I'm sad they've abandoned it since the original trilogy, but at the same time, I sort of get it. It's not used in investigations in any meaningful way since they can just give you a prompt to choose a profile when it's necessary. Yeah, I still miss the extra optional dialogues, but I can see how they can add unnecessary work.
