At his own house. Again. A local Florida man caught a cop doing some strange shit. At the end of the video the cop is seen giving a man a TASER. In what would appear to be one of the new TASERs with a laser attachment. That the police department was using on the general public back in 2008. So they went to the local mans house, where they found out that he had some fireworks. No, the police do not fire the first shot. At no time does the man, in his video, even appear to get angry. In fact, they never mention the fireworks. But the police did have some fireworks as well. The cops ask if hes had a nice day.
