Consider the difference between stabbing somebody in the chest and punching them in the head: The latter can kill somebody, but generally won't unless you get them just right or they're particularly vulnerable to it. The former probably will, unless you do it wrong or they're lucky. As such, the latter is assault and the former is attempted murder. wwinterj25 posted... Fine!
