Referring to transwomen with singular They / Them pronouns DOES count as misgendering. You know she uses She / Her, and you've chosen to go against that because you don't respect her. And finally, Christine has been trans for over a decade. She does take HRT. She did not transition because she wanted to get laid. Her obsession with women was a manifestation of her dysphoria, and after coming out she largely stopped talking about trying to find a "boyfriendless girl". The same is also true of her intense homophobia that she expressed in Sonichu.
