Depends on your definition of entrapment? afaik, the legal definition involves law enforcement enticing civilians to break the law so they can arrest them for breaking the law. You might be able to extend that to people working with law enforcement to do the exact same thing, or even people working on their own do it, but... he'd already done the crime? What she did was scummy (because trolling dating sites is inherently scummy, and there were likely a lot of guys she fucked with to conduct her amoral interrogations), but I don't think it was entrapment.
