You have to advocate for yourself especially when dealing with shitty nurses The staff here isn't great, but hospitals and healthcare facilities are chronically understaffed and overworked. It didn't help, but I get it. They've got a lot going on. The nurse I got has been really good. It feels like she's hearing what I'm saying and trying to help me. And even the one with the tone ended up being decent - she remembered me from a while ago and she didn't know why I hadn't been in touch with the mental health team here at the hospital. She said that they called, but I don't remember if they did or not. And thank you for saying that I should be proud. All I'm trying to do is get treatment I know I need. --- But I don't have to make this mistake, and I don't have to stay this way.
