Carrots are amazing I go through like 3-5 lbs of them a week

Honestly I think you'd get more bang for your buck implementing strict intermittent fasting, if you haven't already. 14-16 hours of zero calories. If you already have, add fasted / morning steady state cardio. Daily, 40-60 min. If you're still not making progress at this point, then change up what you're eating.
