Topic	The average US adult only takes 5000 steps each day
wolfy42 07/18/21 1:08:55 PM #26:	So....10 steps each way to the bathroom, average 3 trips a day, which is 60 steps, maybe another 40 steps to make food etc, so 100 steps a day * 30 days =3000 steps average a month. That was me for most of covid, now I walk alot more due to working, but still mostly drive, probably up to like 500 steps a day at least though.
