But how do you fix this? An at-cost minion isn't super exciting. It can be leveraged, sure, because if you're playing on schedule, getting a guaranteed 3 on the 7-gold turn or a 4 on the 9-gold turn rather than refreshing and praying is nice, but it's not compelling enough. Due to the granularity of her design, though, I'm not sure what else you could do. Giving her a map for the tier above would be way too broken.
