Topic	Most influential American never to be president? (now typo-free)
azuarc 06/15/21 2:01:48 AM #9:	I would feel bad that there are two names in the poll I don't recognize, but one was the Harper's Ferry guy and the other apparently wrote detective books. Is the question who is most influential or who made the most history? Because those aren't at all the same thing. For instance, Henry Ford was incredibly influential on American industry, but not quite as important in terms of the history books.
