It's disgusting when guys encourage girls to stay sick. There are also weirdos into obese women, who encourage them to over-eat. People can have weird kinks. From there, it's a matter of degrees. Somebody who is slightly underweight is probably a bit healthier than somebody who is slightly overweight, but the further you go in either direction, the worse the health can be. However, weight in general is a kinda piss-poor predictor of health.
