Yeah, I mentioned that back when I first posted that the rumors of that coalition government were forming that the deal looked to name a guy to the right of Netanyahu to replace him as PM.

Will need to see if the details of the tentative coalition have changed since that news broke about 5 days ago but assuming it holds what happened was a coalition that spreads across the idelogical spectrum (left, right, and center) basically got together for the purpose of removing Netanyahu. The thing with Bennett being PM is that while his far-right party is smaller in composition, the votes it brought were still enough to cross the tipping point to oust him so he had leverage.

The deal, as reported then, would put him as PM until 2023 and then a more moderate one after that until 2025 IIRC.

In the meantime the only real hope is the fact that while they've installed an even more far-right PM - the fact that the coalition is more composed of moderate parties than his own means he'll be forced to moderate. ...Which isn't a great hope, but that's the world we live in.

OTOH, I'm pretty sure this coalition formed solely for the purpose of ousting Netanyahu so maybe it just disintegrates shortly after forming since they don't appear to have much else holding them together and we end up right back at square one.
