I went from INTJ before college to ENTP (or something) in college so if it's reflective of anything, which is questionable, I think it's more your current circumstances than anything inherent.

I think it can be possible to some extent to change some aspects of your personality, but doing a radical change like INTJ to ESFP seems pretty much impossible as they are complete polar opposites.

Introversion/extroversion may be the easiest aspect to change over time, especially for those who were closer to the middle in that area.

It's EXTREMELY useful for understanding your own behaviour and how to interact with people who have different personality types, as well as assigning tasks to people based on their natural aptitudes.

Yeah, it's useful for that purpose for sure. Apparently, I found out that the potential for getting into arguments with other people is increased when both people are J types. This was rather interesting since I have tested as an ISTJ.

Agreed with most here who are saying it's interesting or has some validity but it's obviously not absolute or anything. I feel the same way about zodiac signs.

It really can't be compared to zodiac signs since you can't change those, while it's technically possible for MBTI type to change over time.
