While true, that's largely because it usually takes a couple years to find enough funding and trial participants to meet their standards, not because the trials actually take that long. Here, you've got plenty of funding and participants available to speed things along, plus pretty much any vaccine candidate gets to jump straight to the front of the line once they submit their trial data for review (as opposed to having to wait through every other drug in the queue to be processed). Cutting out the red tape speeds things along considerably more than most people realize.

As I've personally told you many times, the data is available if you want to see for yourself whether or not they've met the FDA's standards. Your skepticism is perfectly reasonable, but if you're not going to do any actual research to satisfy it, you need to stop pretending that it's anything more intellectually justified than a vague sense of unease. If you want to ask questions, look for answers.
