I got roasted on Twitter and Book Face because I said the humans were the worst part of the film, and they are.

That's true of like every giant monster movie, or movie featuring the clash of non-humans where human characters are added because the creators think it won't work otherwise (which, when you have non-speaking monsters fighting it out, is a valid concern)
