Saturday is usually my heavy lifting day. It went poorly in that regard because I had to work and was tirrd. I was mentally burnt out so I just kind of zoned out and went more towards endurance instead.

Anyway, sore as hell today. Down 9 lbs since last week though. That won't continue at the same rate but still it's a step in the right direction. Hoping for 5ish this week and then I'll probably be at the point where I'm only losing 1 a week.

I've been bulking since November, been thinking about switching gears but it's so much easier to put weight on the bar when I'm gaining. Don't really want to give that up.

I was just depressed the last 3 months eating nothing but pizza and ice cream lmao.

I did that for a month last year. Also lots of alcohol too. Getting started back up is the hardest part.

At this pace this topic is gonna last til 2022 lool
