so the company I work for manufactures fitness equipment (Im a software engineer for them) and I get a huge discount on them

we have new models out but for the past couple months they were super backordered so I bought the best older elliptical available

it hasnt arrived yet but yesterday I got an email that theyre taking orders for the new ones again smh

I used it free for like 2+ years, then I decided I wanted the premium features. Cost a $5 one time fee. Icon looks like an icy blue calendar with a dumbbell on the lower right.

The excel sheets are a pain tbh, especially on my phone. Its way too easy to accidentally delete cells

Oh I didnt know about that one, its actually not bad lol. I think imma still continue with my own just so I can make it pretty. If I make a bad app I just use fitnotes

I'm up to about 180 on the scale consistently now. Was a little over 160 when I started in November.

Haven't been trying to add more weight atm, though, just maintaining. I was starting to feel too bloated and sick from stuffing my face too much

Since this is a paid routine, I didn't know what to expect going in. None of the reviewers would disclose too much detail outside of their results.

This purchase included 6 different routines. I can only comment on the hypertrophy one since I haven't looked at the others. My impression is of it is underwhelming. The big thing is that it includes an auto-regulating spreadsheet that determines your working weight for each session. Outside of that, it feels like a "build your own routine" program.

I'm going with the 5x per week plan, but it is flexible enough for 2x-6x. Each of those plans has the same lifts. They're just divided up more if you lift more frequently. For accessories, you get some suggestions, but you're expected to pick your own.

Incredible to feel the small but steady increase in ease and performance, I'm way faster than all of the "normal" recreational runners who I assume aren't on a plan and run 10mi or less a week, and I breathe through my nose the entire time

There were still a lot of people out and about. I guess football isn't as popular in the rural west

Nice. Not on the same level but I walked 6 miles the other day and didn't even feel it which is a big step up from where I was last year

Went out to dinner with family last night and wore a shirt that I hadn't put on in like 6 months. It had like 3 buttons at the top and I could only close 1 without it looking ridiculous. Apparently my chest/shoulders have grown. It was super tight in those areas.

With that, I still need to actually buckle down and lean out. I'm at like 210 now. I'm by no means fat but I'm not chiseled like I used to be. Realistically, I could drop 30lbs though. My pants still fit fine which is my usual indicator that I'm getting actually fat. If I can't get my diet in check I may have to put the row machine back in front of my TV and essentially outrun my bad diet.

I don't drop my bar or anything when I set it down, I don't think I'd get in trouble. I've only ever been to a commercial gym once and it wasn't a planet fitness tho.

It was another rest day for me and I didn't even do my bike. Was pretty dang busy at work today, though, didn't eat much again today. Going into my last heavy week before a deload so I'm trying to gear myself up to get a yoog dinner tonight and even bigger breakfast tomorrow before I hit the ohp

Continuing my walk \ run every day. Currently day 41 for the year or day 270 total including end of last year. Done 130km this year so far and lost 6lbs this year. Slowly coming off. Lost 22lbs in total since starting this.
