| Calwings 02/27/21 8:36:12 PM #47: | This is the fourth year since I've started watching the Pretty Cure franchise as it airs, but I've never been so hyped for the new series like I am for Tropical-Rouge Precure premiering today. The first episode just dropped on Crunchyroll and VRV, and it looks fantastic already. The character designs, the wild colors, the energetic vibe, and the opening... my god, just the opening already makes it look so damn fun. https://litter.catbox.moe/12bjbi.mp4 Coming off the heels of the much more subdued (and unfortunately mediocre) Healin' Good Precure last year, this high level of "chaotic dumbass" energy is exactly what the franchise needed. Just looking at these adorable dorks puts a big smile of my face, and I have the feeling that Tropical-Rouge Precure will be putting a smile on my face every week for the next year or so.
