| SeabassDebeste 02/18/21 6:55:27 AM #105: | it's to be expected. the early seasons are meandering and ensemble-driven and backstory-driven, while the later seasons are plot-driven. once the backstories are told and primary conflicts are resolved, the writers don't have obvious arcs planned anymore. as a result, character-driven stories like sun/jin or michael become trash in later seasons, while plot-driven characters like desmond or ben are much more fun. --- yet all azuarc of all sorts are more or less capricious and unreliable - they live in the varying outer weather, and they inhale its fickleness ...
