Rousseau is probably second, Rose is decent, Sun could've been good but they didn't have a clue what to do with her, and most of the rest are just passive Nice Women who exist for the sake of the male characters around them (Claire, Penny, Libby, Alex), or huge assholes. --- Slowly becoming a Final Fantasy aficionado.
