Balrog0 02/14/21 6:19:54 PM #71: | Did barbell calf raises and ab work afterwards. I ordered some thick mats so I can work my way up to nordic curls/glute ham raises. The idea is to put them under my chest/waist so I can do the movements over a shorter distance, then work my way down to the full range of motion.
