That and mad video game skills and collecting skills. Based on the arbitrary definitions I use for terminology, I'd argue that true geeks have no real affinity for math, because that's a nerd thing. As much as the mainstream has kind of taken both terms and mangled them, the way they always broke down in the past (for me and everyone I ever talked to, anyway), "geek" is more someone who is obsessed with something while "nerd" is someone who is smart about STEM stuff and computers.
