I also had Spider-Man Remaster crash, it was immediately after
the Shocker boss battle at the bank. But my system had been on for several hours at that point. Thankfully it was a software crash and not a freeze/lock, but yeah I kinda wonder if this is going to be alright. My history with consoles says no - out of every home console I've bought/received new (pre-PS5), 4/6 have had to be repaired/replaced within 15 months of purchase. My Wii U was even defective out of the box with a bad disc reader, but the first game I played through was digital so I didn't realize it until a week or so after I'd already had and been playing the console.
