I don't know why people keep comparing this to Fallout 76... Fallout 76 was clearly going to be a failure from the beginning - it was Bethesda making an online-only survival game (an already oversaturated genre by the time it was announced). It didn't look exciting in the preview videos, it didn't look exciting when it launched. Anyone who had experience with Bethesda products should reasonably have expected that their first-ever online-only game using an engine that doesn't support adjusting the field of view, set in an IP that they barely understand themselves and that they've been systematically dismantling along with TES, would turn out like garbage.

From a marketing perspective I would agree that this is worse, the performance issues are not acceptable and if it's being sold for a console it should probably run on that console (I'm pretty sure that's why people buy consoles in the first place). From a PC gamer perspective, it's not really comparable since it is a really entertaining game with some substance to it, even though you can see it could have been improved in every aspect.
