| PrivateBiscuit1 11/30/20 5:55:41 PM #7: | When I took my job in California, it was a monumentally better offer, but the job I actually got in Pennsylvania gave me one day to decide, and in case the CA job fell through, I needed to take the PA one. I worked there for four days, flew out, and signed my contract in CA and then quit on Monday. I felt bad about it, but I had to do it. After being jerked around by jobs enough, you come to realize there's no point in being loyal. You need to look out for yourself, because if push comes to shove they'd look out for themselves before you. Don't be beholden to any business. Do what's best for you, even if it screws them over.
