Really the million dollar question. There are people whose alts have 100 or 200 karma, they've post shit like porn on them and emerge from a suspension fine. Meanwhile Broken Zeus had over 600 or 700 karma (which is more than a lot of PotDers have today) and got banned over nothing.

In general, it's a massive inconvenience because I have a sizable "fan club" of stalkers, harassers, etc, that I need to re-add to a ignore (and sometimes block) list. And it's annoying in general principle because I more fastidiously attempt to follow the TOS than probably anybody else on this board. And it's annoying to see people routinely do the very things I used to get modded for because they never, ever get in trouble for it whereas I had got warnings for that shit.

No, traditionally my "main alt" was Broken Zeus because that was the one tied to my phone. I think I might have had another one before that, but AL has been attached to a laptop I can't always get to work so it's always been sporadic. In the very distant past -- years before I became active here -- that used to be the one I'd use while at work.

Broken Zeus I used for years as an alt, mostly because it was less confusing for people. Right now poor Jen is apparently still confused by an impostor, although part of that is just deliberate nonsense on her part and stream -- who might be behind the alt because he keeps doing that same act -- playing along or orchestrating.
