I dont pay attention to the accounts here so much but on other boards you see certain users shitpost or troll, get suspended, warned, whatever, only to come back immediately when its over.

I know any good troll has tons of alts to work with, but I feel like it would still make sense to issue a ban every now and again, because I don't see the point in suspending somebody time and time again? After a while it should be like a life sentence for the 36th time stealing a pack of gum?

The hypocrisy behind that remark is rather stunning given that you've largely enjoyed mod immunity all of these years. I wouldn't even dare to try many of the things I've seen you get away with other the years and, in fact, if you were held to same standard as me, you'd likely be banned twelve times over by now.

As for alts, they've generally been banned after their first moderation. I think Broken Zeus was the only alt to come out of a suspension or two, but it was banned with about 600 karma on the account which is absurdly strict. iirc, I think that aunt-lover-guy's alt had maybe 300 karma when he used it post images that would have got him arrested under Australia's recently passed laws and that alt came out fine afterward. And whoever was behind those alts with the Olson Twins images some years ago where they kept making new accounts tended to start posting under-age fetish shit at about 100 or 200 karma and they survived multiple suspensions each time before being banned.

On the whole, I'll get modded for things that others don't seem to and my moderations tend to be far harsher than what others get. Even when my history is clean, it still happens.

Exactly, and if I did something like that, I would almost certainly get modded and I'd consider it a "fair, next." However, others enjoy immunity. Right now there are what, at least 4 separate topics attacking me by name? Even Dmess's joke topic on it would be enough to get me in serious trouble if I made that about somebody else.

If you really want people to stop, you'd ignore them. A few of the more stubborn posters might keep at it for longer than they should, but eventually the people who do it to annoy you will get bored and stop if you just ignored it. But you won't because you crave the attention just like the rest of us.

See, that's a literal admission of trolling and harassment. If I'd done that, I'd expect to be warned for harassment. And you know how I'd react? I'd hit the "accept" button by the moderation, because that's about as against the rules as you get. Here? Nothing happens. In fact, there's probably more direct rule-breaking in this topic (none of which is by me, before anybody makes the joke) than I've done in at least the past year. And nothing is actioned.

I get notified on tags. However, if I'm in a topic and I see somebody tag me -- almost always BECAUSE they're trying to claim I saw something when they know I don't get notified on tags -- I point out that I don't get tags so everybody knows that they're full of shit when they claim I saw something.

You lose any right to pretend to make that argument when right out the gate you accused me on multiple occasions of being a foreign agent in an attempt to invalidate my stances. You keep claiming, "Oh, I was gone!" and citing things you were gone during, but then you turn around and make claims regarding witnessing seeing things from that period you claim to have been gone. PO very rarely mentions his policy of not looking at tags whereas I very frequently bring it up. The only way for you to even suspect he might have done it first would for you to have been around. And there are countless instances of you citing things that happened when you pretend you weren't around.

You've also been completely evasive when it comes to answering questions regarding this phantom time period you say were you were gone (and how long you were active before that) despite the fact I've asked you multiple times and you even responded to other parts of those posts. You claim to not know who Erik was, yet constantly reference things that happen while he was around.

And while I will be ignoring and, within 24 hours, blocking you, I don't expect it'll end your trolling and harassment because you seem to keep coming back under new names, pretending to be somebody else, and then lapsing into old habits. Since you've been "back," you've had many topics attacking me by name (two of which are still active) and several more that reference me. And then you expect people to believe that you're somebody who just came back? And by the way, there were several posters who almost immediately called you out as either having behavior that didn't resemble TDC or outright suggested you were impersonating him. But even before that, I was starting to pick up on the fact that you were referencing things that you claimed to not be around for.
