Another thing that annoyed me was actors who were in most/all episodes in a given season and had significant roles getting credited as "guest stars" instead of with the main cast. Norrie's actress in S1 (though she got promoted to main cast in S2 and 3), Melanie's actress in S2, and Christine and Hunter's actors in S3 really should have been billed with the main cast.
